• Co-pays apply only to those with insurance
• FREE exams for all uninsured and underinsured

Prostate Cancer Screening Details:

• FREE PSA test for those 45 years and older
• PSA is a simple blood test that can help you know if further evalutation for prostate cancer is needed
• Blood draw only, no physical exam

Cervical Cancer Screening details:

• Pap smear and HPV test (co-testing)
• Women ages 40 to 65
• Have not been screened in the past 3 years
